  • De Silva Completes Weekend Sweep in Round 8 at Mazda Raceway

    The scenic Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca was again the site of a round of the Pacific Formula F2000/F1600 Championship Series presented by Primus Racing Parts with round eight being held on Sunday and again it was Timothy De Silva in a Dave Freitas Racing Van Diemen who duplicated his Saturday performance to take another race victory from pole position while setting the races’ fastest lap.

  • De Silva Dominates Field at Mazda Raceway for Fifth Consecutive Victory

    The seventh round of the Pacific Formula F2000/F1600 Championship presented by Primus Racing Parts, held at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca with the San Francisco Region of the SCCA in their SFR Championship Series Double Regional was dominated by Timothy De Silva in a Dave Freitas Racing Van Diemen in a drive that has become reminiscent of his recent form.

  • Mountney FF1600 SuperSeries: White Wins at Brands Hatch

     May 16, 2016|

    The Brands Hatch Indy Circuit in England was home to the latest Mazda Road To Indy Scholarship Shootout qualifying race for competitors racing in the Mountney SuperSeries for Formula Ford 1600. At the end of an 18-lap race around the demanding 1.2-mile track near London, it was Oliver White who crossed the finish line in first position to cap off a perfect weekend after setting the pace for pole position in practice as well.
