Andretti Autosport, Cooper Tires Presents USF2000 Championship Powered by Mazda Night Before the 500 Race Report

 

Thomas McGregor, Team Exclusive Management Inc. / Dairy Queen, No. 7

McGregor finished today's race at Lucas Oil Raceway 12th, after starting 16th.  

"I would like to thank my Andretti Autosport crew for working hard throughout the day. It was a tough qualifying session and race, but I know that this gave us some great experience to move forward." 

Shelby Blackstock, Team Starstruck, No. 8

Blackstock started today's race in the 15th position. He was caught in a wreck on lap two, which caused him to finish 18th.

"Today was a very, very tough race. I got collected in the first wreck on the second lap and that ended our day early. Unfortunately, that is a racing incident and we'll hope that our next race goes a lot better. Thanks to my Starstruck/Andretti Autosport crew for their hard work today"
