SPENCER PIGOT, #8 TEAM ANDRETTI AUTOSPORT CAR - Finished in 1st place, his first USF2000 win
"We had a really good day at Homestead-Miami, getting my first USF2000 pole and win. The car felt good all day, so I have to thank the crew for their help. The car was solid the whole race, and I was able to concentrate and pull out a decent lead early on. Thanks to everyone at Andretti Autosport and MAZDASPEED for this opportunity. I'm looking forward to the races tomorrow."
ZACH VEACH, #7 TEAM ZAKOSI DATA BACKUP CAR
"Today started off pretty well. We were running 2nd in the first practice, then led during practice two. I definitely had to learn this track, having not raced here before. My teammate Spencer has had a bit of time here in Skip Barber, so I've been learning from him a lot. Even without experience here, I ended up finishing 2nd in the race. I'll study tonight and see what we can do tomorrow. A big thanks to my crew for sticking with me down here the past few weeks and working hard through the Winterfest."
