Burke is ready to get back to road course racing
ARVIN, Texas – Joe Dooling Autosports - Curb/Agajanian takes the Cooper Tires USF2000 Championship battle to Speedville this weekend for the ninth and 10th rounds of the popular Road to Indy program. Halfway through the year and only four tracks left on the season, this doubleheader weekend at Road America could be the breakout the team needs in the running for the championship.
The team’s driver Trey Burke is known for his ability to execute brilliantly planned passes during races and is looking forward to doing just that in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin.
“I’m really excited to be back at Road America, as it’s by far my favorite track on the schedule,” said Burke. “I know we have a fast car there from the off season testing we’ve done. Road America is a fast track with many areas for passing so we are foremost hoping we will have the speed to start towards the top, then it’ll be up to me to make any passes necessary.”
Trey Burke and the team will be on-track at Road America starting with two test sessions on Thursday, June 9, then practice and qualifying on Friday and a pair of races on Saturday, June 11.
