With over 500 laps and an immense amount of learning in the books, Cape Motorsports and its four-driver lineup closed the door on last weekend’s Road to Indy Presented by Cooper Tires Spring Training and began final preparations for the Cooper Tires USF2000 Championship’s season opener this weekend at Barber Motorsports Park.

Thomas Nepveu is thrilled to announce both his partners for the 2021 Cooper Tires USF2000 Championship season, as well as his affiliation with the important cause of the Breakfast Club of Canada by becoming one of the youngest ambassadors in the organization’s history.

Christian Brooks laid down a marker prior to the start of the Cooper Tires USF2000 Championship by emerging fastest for Exclusive Autosport, while Juncos Racing’s Manuel Sulaiman edged out 2020 USF2000 champion Christian Rasmussen (Jay Howard Driver Development) in an extremely competitive 17-car field in the Indy Pro 2000 Championship Presented by Cooper Tires.

Road to Indy TV, the broadcast production and social media arm of the Road to Indy Presented by Cooper Tires, will kick off its eighth season of exclusive content with a familiar face in the paddock holding a leading role. A race winner on the first two steps of the Road to Indy, Parker Thompson will bring his outgoing personality to a new position as host.

The wait is nearly over. Six weeks later than originally scheduled, the Road to Indy Presented by Cooper Tires’ annual “Spring Training” open test will take place April 3-6 at Barber Motorsports Park in rural Leeds, Ala.
