The most recent round of the Cooper Tires USF2000 Championship will hold a special memory for Thomas Nepveu, as the 17-year-old Canadian finished second – his best result of the season – in a hard-fought battle in his homeland on the streets of Toronto. The race was held in support of the NTT INDYCAR SERIES, which returned north of the border after a three-year absence to a massively enthusiastic crowd, and Nepveu’s podium result was a nod to sponsor Evirum, headquartered in Montreal – an hour’s drive from his hometown of Oka.

The results didn't match the pace shown by Turn 3 Motorsport drivers Christian Weir Spike Kohlbecker on the streets of Toronto.

Jay Howard Driver Development’s Indy Pro 2000 Championship Presented by Cooper Tires and Cooper Tires USF2000 Championship teams suited-up north of the border this weekend for a battle on the streets of Toronto.

In his third event of the Cooper Tires USF2000 Championship, Evagoras Papasavvas would find himself north of the border in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Taking on the Honda Indy Toronto event weekend with Jay Howard Driver Development, Papasavvas had his best two qualifying sessions of the season as he continued his improvement in the popular Road to Indy ladder program.
