LOVELAND, Ohio – With victories, podium results and a fourth-place finish in the USF2000 Presented by Cooper Tires championship in 2023, Evagoras Papasavvas is set to make a run at the title in 2024. Papasavvas returns to the multi-tier Jay Howard Driver Development (JHDD) program with a solid skillset, experience and determination to the potent Indy-based program as he has set one goal, and one goal only, for 2024.

“Evagoras proved that he has the speed to compete and fight for USF2000 wins, podiums, championship and the USF Pro Championships' advancement scholarship,” explained team principal Jay Howard. “With track knowledge and a full season of open-wheel racing now under his belt, we expect big things from Evagoras in 2024.”

“The goal is simple for me,” added Papasavvas. “I want to win and advance, and I am confident that I can do that with JHDD in 2024. I am anxious to get the season started in St. Petersburg (Fla.), the site of my first podium this past season, but this time I want to make sure I climb to the top of the blocks.”

The three drivers who finished ahead of Papasavvas in the 2023 title-chase have moved on to the next level of the USF Pro Championships Presented by Continental Tire ladder, opening the door for Evagoras.

“The ladder works and that has been proven by the winner in USF Pro 2000 advancing to the next level and the same with USF2000," said Papasavvas. "I want to put my name on that list and bring not only myself but JHDD another title.”

With a testing program that continues through January and February, Papasavvas is hoping to further his knowledge as he begins the quest to achieve his 2024 goal.
