Vancouver, BC - Scott Hargrove Motorsports and JDC Motorsports are pleased to announce Canadian native Scott Hargrove will be returning to Cooper Tires USF2000 Championship Powered by Mazda competition for the final three races of the 2012 season. The first of the three will be at Road America in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin, August 17 and 18, one of the fastest permanent road racing tracks.
Hargrove has not competed in USF2000 since the end of March in St. Petersburg, Fla., having to hang up his gloves for the summer after a couple of incidents on the track and lack of funding. Hargrove is ecstatic to get back behind the wheel of the #38 for JDC.
“I have been waiting to make this announcement for a long time and I am thrilled to finally be able to do so. It would not be possible without the tremendous support of Race Energy, Analytic Systems and, of course, my parents.” said Hargrove.
Keep your eyes peeled for the #38 driven by Scott Hargrove for JDC Motorsport, August 17 and 18 at Road America, September 1 and 2 on the streets of Baltimore in Maryland and finishing the season September 14 and 15 at Virginia International Raceway.
