Cape Motorsports teammates Michael d’Orlando and Reece Gold each claimed a victory from a pair of exciting Cooper Tires USF2000 Championship races today at the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course

Despite only being confirmed last weekend, the two Road to Indy Presented by Cooper Tires open-wheel development series will return to action in just a few days’ time at the challenging Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course in Lexington, Ohio.

Competitors in the Cooper Tires USF2000 Championship will see an added bonus for setting the fastest lap during a race in addition to a bonus point and bragging rights as The Ticket Clinic steps up to honor driver’s performances with a per race and season-ending cash award.

Brazilian Eduardo Barrichello continued his excellent form from yesterday by winning again this morning for Pabst Racing, while Floridian teenager Reece Gold earned his own breakthrough maiden victory this afternoon for Cape Motorsports
