All three levels of the acclaimed Mazda Road to Indy Presented by Cooper Tires open-wheel development ladder will return to action this week in the fourth annual Grand Prix of Indianapolis.

Royal Purple Synthetic Oil – the Official Oil of the Mazda Road to Indy Presented by Cooper Tires – will take its partnership with the driver development ladder system one step further. The world’s leading lubricant company will title all six rounds of competition at Indianapolis Motor Speedway on May 12 and 13. All races will be in support of the Lupus Foundation of America.

It would be an understatement to say the past eight months have been a whirlwind for Oliver Askew. The 20-year-old Floridian has gone from wondering how he was going to make a permanent move from karts to race cars, to impressing on an international stage in England, earning a scholarship into the Cooper Tires USF2000 Championship Powered by Mazda and taking a commanding lead in the championship with three victories in the first four races.
