Filgueiras and Spencer Racing will continue their relationship in 2016 and step up to the Cooper Tires USF2000 Championship Powered by Mazda National Class for a full season campaign.

USF2000 champion Nicolas Jamin was the guest star of ERDF Trophée Andros Electrique last weekend at the Isola 2000 ski resort in France and raced an electric car sponsored by Mazda. Despite his ice-rookie status, the Frenchman, who turned 20 last month, finished sixth in his best qualifying round and seventh in the finale.

Upon completion of the Cooper Tires USF2000 Championship Powered by Mazda and the Pro Mazda Championship Presented by Cooper Tires finales at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca in early September, Cape Motorsport with Wayne Taylor Racing wrapped up their 2015 racing season, which was yet another stellar effort for the squad.
