Cape Motorsports with Wayne Taylor Racing drivers took turns picking up their first Cooper Tires USF2000 Championship Powered by Mazda wins during last weekend’s Allied Building Products Grand Prix of Toronto. American Jake Eidson won Race One, and Frenchman Florian Latorre took the checkered flag in Race Two. The duo also each took home a second-place finish.

Nathan Blok considers the Toronto Indy his home race even though the 20-year old hails from a small town on the Ottawa River, there is certainly a special pride in doing well at a prestigious event before your sponsors and Blok did them proud with a top-10 finish on Sunday.

The JDC MotorSports team contested the Honda Indy Toronto this past weekend in the Canadian city of Toronto (July 18-20). As the second street course of the 2014 Cooper Tires USF2000 Championship Powered By Mazda, the two races provided plenty of challenges, including inclement weather, slick conditions and, eventually, a packed Sunday schedule.

This past weekend Afterburner Autosport ventured north of the border to the Honda Toronto Indy for the eighth and ninth rounds of the Cooper Tires USF2000 Championship Powered By Mazda. Racing through the lakeshore streets of Canada’s largest city, the team’s drivers put in a strong showing despite being challenged by difficult weather and multiple schedule alterations.
