"I'm excited about how we've evolved our eSeries for 2022 with the addition of separate events for our Road to Indy Prospects," offered Rob Howden, Road to Indy Series Development Director. "With the launch of our USF Juniors program and the strong graduating class from the Lucas Oil School of Racing Formula Car Series providing a strong group of talented drivers, I think that these events will be really exciting to watch. It will be the future stars of the Road to Indy battling it out and getting their first experiences in our program. I expect that the Prospect races will be stacked and the drivers who qualify to run with the Road to Indy drivers in their respective races are going to be really competitive. I can't wait to get started. A huge thanks once again to Tire Rack for making this possible."
Howden will lead the TireRack.com eSeries commentary team with production managed by Xtrememotorsports and technical support from Ricmotech eRacing Management. All events will feature two 20-minutes races beginning at 7:00 pm EST with a pre-race show slated for 6:45 pm. Competitors will vie for various awards including the SimMetric “Pole Award” provided by SimMetric Driver Performance Labs, the Official Sim Partner of the Road to Indy.
Fans can follow the action on a series of outlets including the Cooper Tire Facebook page, the Road to Indy TV website and App, and ApexRacingTV’s YouTube channel. In addition, live coverage will be carried by REV TV Canada.
