World’s Largest Manufacturer of Racing Fuels Becomes Official Fuel Supplier
PALMETTO, Fla. – The Cooper Tires USF2000 Championship Powered by Mazda today announced that Sunoco – the Official Fuel Partner of INDYCAR – has entered into a multi-year relationship with the series to become the Official Fuel Supplier beginning with the seven-event, 14-race 2013 season.
Sunoco began its association in motorsports during the mid-1960s and has grown into a powerhouse, supplying its premium racing fuel to more than 500 race tracks and 50 racing series in the United States including also NASCAR and GRAND-AM.

Sunoco’s off-track support of USF2000 will include credit card mailing inserts, social media, custom messaging on gosunoco.com and radio spots during INDYCAR race broadcasts.

The Cooper Tires USF2000 Championship Powered by Mazda season will open with the 61st running of the Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring Fueled by Fresh from Florida on March 14/15. The pair of races at Sebring International Raceway will be in support of the American Le Mans Series. The 2013 schedule will see the series expand into three new markets with events at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca in Monterey, Calif., and two street circuit venues in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and at Reliant Park in Houston, Texas.
The series pre-season Cooper Tires Winterfest Championship – a six-race mini-series – will take place at Sebring on February 5/6 and Palm Beach International Raceway on February 9/10.
