Headquartered in Indianapolis, SFHR Development was founded by accomplished driver and former NTT INDYCAR SERIES team owner Sarah Fisher – one of the most successful women in racing – alongside her husband Andy O’Gara and longtime partner Wink Hartman of Hartman Oil. After leaving INDYCAR in 2016, the O’Garas launched Speedway Indoor Karting – a premier indoor karting facility with locations in Speedway, Ind. and Daytona Beach, Fla. In 2019, the couple alongside Hartman took over ownership of Whiteland Raceway Park in Whiteland, Ind., an established outdoor karting facility which first opened in 1958.
