Synergy Motorsport

The Synergy Motorsport operation has a long and distinguished history in Australia's longest-standing and most competitive open-wheel category - the Australian Formula Ford Championship - and is expanding its operations into the American racing scene in 2025. Most recently, Synergy Motorsport won the 2024 Australian Formula Ford Championship with Eddie Beswick; previously the team also guided two-time Bathurst 1000 winner Chaz Mostert to the championship in 2010 while other Synergy Motorsport graduates include national Formula Ford Champions John Martin and Paul Laskazeski, international Porsche ace Matt Campbell, Formula 1 consultant Sam Power and current Super2 star Cody Burcher. Synergy Motorsport owner Justin Cotter is a veteran of the sport, having himself competed in Formula Ford in the late 1990s and early 2000s before beginning his team ownership journey, and he is passionate about nurturing young talent.
