JDC MotorSports ended its race-winning 2011 Cooper Tires Presents the USF2000 National Championship powered by Mazda season this past weekend (September 3-4), with an up-and down affair at the Baltimore Grand Prix.

Cape Motorsports with Wayne Taylor Racing driver Petri Suvanto claimed the USF2000 National Championship Powered by Mazda crown this past weekend during the Grand Prix of Baltimore. His efforts will be rewarded with a scholarship package from Mazda to advance to the Star Mazda Championship in 2012.

The Cooper Tires Presents the USF2000 National Championship Powered by Mazda enjoyed a highly successful 2011 season. On Sunday, the series recognized its top performers in an awards ceremony at the Baltimore Convention Center during which over $480,000 in prizes were distributed.
