The American Public Health Association's annual celebration of the National Public Health Week kicked off Tuesday in the nation’s capital with a briefing on Capital Hill to elected officials by a panel of speakers that included 16-year-old USF2000 racecar driver Zach Veach.

USF2000 rookie driver Shannon McIntosh won’t have to go far to make her first attempt in a street race where she is set to compete in downtown St. Petersburg just blocks from her residence.
